Hi, As turn based games or not full real-time game like pubg or racing games so you do not requires photon server because google Firebase database which is real-time will works best because it will be almost free until you get a lot of users. I have developed turn based card games with it in unity3d before if you want i can do it for you but for a real-time game your budget is too low...because it requires a lot of effort..it will take my full-time day work for almost 2 months
