Angular.js GURU engineer is needed to build our most important user-facing interface

I'm a sr. backend developer and for the front end I'm pretty sure I wanna use Angular.js but I don't have the time to learn it from ground up and have mistakes that will lead to refactoring later... I need someone who's dreams are about Angular.js and he eats and prays with Angular.js day and night. I don't care what else do you know all other skills I have in my team, only Angular.js is missing. You'll get paid $3000 and deliver the product in 3 weeks.
