Native Japanese speaker required to translate short email

I've got a Japanese email (about 100 or so words) which needs to be translated into English (I can't understand it!). It is from a dentist and is of the kind that offers a special deal on tooth whitening or something similar!
Will take less than 10 minutes I'm sure - looking to pay around $10 or so. Please bid the minimum and in your message state how much you actually want for this job ($30 for this is too much!)
