I want to release an FPS (first-person-shooter) game—kind of like Modern Combat 5 or Bullet Force—for mobile platforms. The graphics must not be low-quality, and I would need to test out a beta version before proceeding to complete the game, and make a full payment to you. However, my budget is small, and I’m hoping to release the game by December 5.
