Need CAD File - Stencil of a Metal Target

Looking for someone to make me a CAD file (dxf, dwg, ai, svg) for a target. This design will eventually be sent to a laser printer, where the target will be cut from aluminum or stainless steel sheet. Eventually, this metal sheet will be laid onto some wood, and we will be able to spray paint the target onto the wood, expediting the process of drawing the target on the wood over and over again. Here are the specs. 1) Metal sheet will be 0.5 inches (1.27 cm) to 0.625 inches (1.5875 cm). 2) Metal sheet will be thin, eventually laid on top of wood to help draw a target. 3) Length of metal sheet/target is 48 inches (121.92 cm). 4) Height of metal sheet/target is 48 inches (121.92 cm). 5) Width target lines should be 0.787402 inches (2 cm). 6) Width of the two (2) top circles on the target are 3 inches (7.62 cm). 7) Width of bulls eye or middle circle on the target is 4 inches (10.16 cm). 8) From the bottom of the target to the bottom of the left top circle is 37 inches (93.98 cm). 9) From the bottom of the target to the bottom of the right top circle is 37 inches (93.98 cm). 10) From the middle of the target/metal sheet to the first circle ring is 6 inches (15.24 cm). 11) From the middle of the target/metal sheet to the second circle ring is 10 inches (25.4 cm). 12) From the middle of the target/metal sheet to the third circle ring is 14 inches (35.56 cm). 13) From the middle of the target/metal sheet to the four circle ring is 18 inches (45.72 cm). 14) There are four (4) circles that make up the target.
