Gears of Eden - 3D robot space mining and exploration PC game

Gears of Eden is unlike any game you've ever played before, but it's inspired by a lot of games you probably have played! It's part Minecraft, part Kerbal, part Portal and part EVE. GoE is a funny, immersive, story-driven game that puts you in the shoes (treads?) of an abandoned rover that awakes with self-awareness in a remote system in the galaxy. During this phase of the project, all work is volunteer. However, upon releasing our first proof-of-concept demo, we will be raising funds to invest in continued development on the project. We have an amazing story, a detailed game design document, and a functioning demo well underway. Our team is lead by an award-winning filmmaker and storyteller, and a few die-hard gamers, nerdist, and imaginative writers. We also have amazing artists contributing their talents to the project. These artists are creating detailed assets, textures and concept art. Our approach is one of fun, collaboration, and organization. We use an agile scrum work process, and repo based project sharing. Communication is organized through Trello, Slack, and Asana. We have a solid foundation. A great story. Amazing art. And an organized work process system. But we can't do it alone. We need your help.
