I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - in order to make the carbon fiber shell(s) i will need the 3d model of the simulators or at least the dimensions 2 - do you have any rough drawings/sketches of how would you like to look like the shells? or will leave this entirely to the designer skills?... 3 - what thickness for the carbon fiber to be used? 4 - besides the shells, you will also need the pattern for forming and vacuuming... 5 - what angles between the monitors on the second system? other details/questions to be addressed in chat...
