Beach Lounge and Restaurant Designers

I am looking for a designer for a beach front restaurant and lounge in Koh Phangan. The space is 25 x 10 meters. I want someone who will help design the place, acquire materials, furniture and assist with the renovation. Also the designing of the bar. Floor and ceiling in place no walls open air Everyone near the location is welcome to bid but I need someone who is willing to travel to the location (Koh Phangan). Accommodation is free, Travel expenses to the location is also free. The budget for the whole project is $2000 (USD).
