Architectural design for our new installation

Hi everyone, We will be the first accrdited virtual school in qubec and we are already a private school but we changes building. For our investors, i need to have a 3D architectural design of what our new building would look like after doing some modifications to the exterior. 1) In the files named "3D examples", you will find examples of design that i would like 2) In the files named "vue_name of the buisness", you will find the view of the actual building we will have and in which we will do some exterior construction work to make it look more modern. See the file named "logo selection" to see that i want to remove the name "college" in the logo but just keep the name since we will lack space to do it correctly i think. Futhermore, remove the tagline as well. 3) In the files named "vue_exterieur", you will find an existing building which has the features we want. So i want my building lo look almost exactly like that but according to the actual installations we have. You will see in those image, they use purple for the lines on the building and and white finish that looks glossy. That is what i want but to the colors of our logo. So it will be blue instead of purple and by looking at the images mentionned at #2, you will understand where to put the blue line in the design and make it more flat on the sides of the building 4) in the files named "logo", you will find the logo of our buisness to use. I would like it to appear on the front left side of the building and on the the notice board at the side of the road so that people can look at it when driving on the street. Futhermore, i want to see a prespective look of the building so that we see the street a bit. Please see my video for all details. I mention that i want a freelancer who will make me pay at the end only when i am fully satisfied with his work. I would like to have that finish design for monday-tuesday maximum (before that would be optimal). So everything is ready in my video and file to start project. I will award the best freelancer.
