Professional video editing; make still image come to life

WHO ARE WE? Haldus Studio is a new web and design agency based in Switzerland. We are a small company that offers our clients a professional and quality service at reasonable prices. TARGET MARKET We are targeting mainly local businesses and individuals who run a small part time business. We expect our clients will purchase different products from us on a recurring basis (website, SEO, hosting and e-mail). COMPETITION We consider the following companies to be our competition. Our team is fluent in English and French as well as at least two other languages. We are considerably cheaper than our competitors but strive to provide a higher level of quality and service. SCOPE OF PROJECT Design a new looping video which will be used as the main focal point of our website ([login to view URL]). The new video will be used to enhance the website user experience. The video should be free for commercial use and the design rights transferred to us on completion of the project. Size: 1280 x 720 Format: Optimised for web. Movie to be submitted formatted in .MOV format as well as source file(s). Length: Up to 10 seconds Stills: We also require at least two, high resolution, still images from the final video that we may use on printed marketing materials. IMAGE & THEME We would like the video to reflect the current Haldus website logo, colours, fonts and theme. We consider the current website to be professional, upmarket and friendly. GOAL The video should help to brighten up and customise the website. A still image of the video will also be used on printed promotional materials which will help us to gain exposure for our business as well as inform potential new clients of the services we offer. We require the clouds to move across a mountain on the image which must be a perfect loop. We would like to create a very 'moody' look and feel by having the clouds in high contrast black and white but retaining the slight colour tint on the mountains itself. We will be using a royalty free image ([login to view URL]), which we will supply in high resolution. We do not have any video footage of clouds but understand this is easy to find or buy online. We are happy to listen to your recommendations on the best way to complete this project.
