Hello, unfortunately I see there is no bidder from Singapore... I am from Romania and I can help you with some advice only. So, you have a multifunction color laser equipment, made by Ricoh as Machine Type D027 / D029 (speed is different) and sold under different brands: Ricoh Afficio MP C4000 / 5000 Gestetner MP C4000 / 5000 Lanier LD540C / LD550C Savin C4040 / C5050 I have Service Manual for this equipment and my experience as service engineer. I currently sell and repair computers, printers and other office equipment: HP, Canon, Panasonic, Lexmark and other brands. If you think I can help, I consider only 1 hour (max 2 hours if necessary).
