Time Series and basic statistical analysis results interpretation

I have an important presentation tomorrow morning, so will need the freelancer to be online for the next 6 hours. I currently have five linear regression, have run Durbin-Watson, Breusch Godfrey Test, white test, breusch, VIF, Shapiro Wilk, and Anderson Darling test, I need to interpret those test results and change some modeling approach if necessary (like if there is obvious auto correlations in residuals, what does it mean and what should i do).
