Help create sql view and then small merge procedure

Hi I am a database expert with 15 years experience in handling MS SQL databases. I have worked as DBA for large ERP databases and use to write and do performance tuning for SQL queries, procedures and triggers. Can you please send the details of the view to be created. Also can you please explain a bit more on the phrase "merge procedure as a data source" as I have not clearly understood that. Once the requirement is clear, if possible, I can connect to your server on team viewer and quickly finish it there.
