154118 Browsergame Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer who is able and interested to create a multi player browser game similar to Ogame or Space Pioneers. I'm running a big game (currently approx. 120.000 Players) myself however, the developer of the game is not able (or don't want to be able) to follow community requests for new implementations and game adjustments. I have therefore decided to start a game with a developer who is interested to develop and run such a game as partner. The developer should see this project as a long term project which needs to be developed further all the time. If someone is interested, focused and reliable (obviously I don't need a developer who start and stop in a few days, since I got that already) please contact me. Advertising costs, Server, Game Support, Translation into German, French, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Portugese, Thai, Chinese, Graphics (unless you know a Graphic designer), Video Tutorials etc would be one my part, since I do that now already. Anything else I would like to discuss over Skype, since that will be easier as writing everything down. I would prefer an experienced freelance developer (I don't need someone who has been inserting php scripts into tiny websites for the past 5 years) instead of a company. The code can be written in C, VB, Python or any other script language. It should use a MSSQL or MySQL database, however I'm totally open to any suggestion from the developer. The game itself should contain 3 parts, a Forum, the game itself (user side) and the support tool. There must be different building, researches, ships, alliance menu, trade menu, war sim and more. The Game (User Side) itself: Basically, a copy of Space Pioneers would suit my needs Support Tool: Message System for Player Questions Ability to edit Players, planets, resources, researches etc. A tool which shows potential multi accounts, such as same IP, same password, similar online times Ability to access the Player account without showing the player that you do it Ability to read ingame messages from the player, even if they has been deleted from the users inbox Ability to see current attacks, players online, etc Ability to edit payments Ability to sent a message to all players or to selected users (per Galaxy) Ability to cancel attacks, put users on holiday mode (all, per Galaxy, or one by one) A penalty system (yellow cards), I explain that in detail when we talk together Access to the translation tool for the game language with the ability to add languages as required Ability to add Game Admins, Supporter and other Staff Member with different access rights. Ability to ban players from the game, the forum, irc or the team speak server (ban based on email address and or IP) The forum should only be accessible from the Game Account. Payment: One time payment with payment for required further developments or 50/50 partnership while your job is the programming part and I will take care of the players, advertising etc pp.
