Hi I'm a Mechanical & Automation engineer and have gained experience in all 3 domains of CAx's. I have read your requirement but I see that you missed an important skill along with CAD and CAE and that is CAM. For a prooduct to be really manufacturable the candidate must be equipped with CAM knowledge as well that supports the DFM (Design for Manufacturing) for the purpose. Considering the requirement, I would say that I have decent experience in all 3 domains as I have been a part of product development for all my career.
