We require a medium level software product development from scratch and therefore we need services of a Software Project Manager (approximately for 2 months, remotely) to accomplish the goal.

At the moment for shortlisting 4 relevant best candidates, we need you to volunteer and complete two to three A4 size pages (with font of type: Ariel Size: 12) document. We are interested in your past experience, your approaches, ideas, what you did, what were your goals and lessons.

We’re interested in how you discovered the service’s needs, defined the vision ahead, and built the needed team or growing an existing technical team into creating the new solution, worked with the technical team to achieve the results and course correct, delivered value to your Customer, and operated the resulting system to ensure that value is delivered consistently over time.
The more details you provide in these areas, and in other areas that you deem important, the better.

An example of how I would set up a team to deliver software based products:
* I would introduce the team to using an Agile (SCRUM) development workflow
* The workflow would make it easy to organize and visually see progress on the project as well as show time estimates for releases/versions. This would in turn offer charts, graphs, and other visuals to present to stakeholders.
* I would move us over to working with Git-Flow branching as well as localized forking (if the team-size is large enough or the project size demands it)
* I would integrate a CI system such as Atlassian Bamboo (I can offer this personally) to automate integration/unit/feature tests, builds, and deployment based on the development workflow
* I would break up project requirements/features into tasks and subtasks and tag them to components, which I would use to delegate specific tasks to each developer based on their skills/talents/preferences to maximize productivity and efficiency
These are the core items I would implement as well as others, which I'll be more then happy to share if you're interested in discussing further.
I'm from the USA on Pacific Time, however I have a fluctuating work/sleep schedule to accommodate any other timezone as needed for my work/obligations.

As a CSR I am pretty good at convincing the customers and also to make the developers adaptive for the requirements. My roll was to get the technical flow let my developer understand it and deliver it to client & then work out with Beta phase of things. Day to Day task also involves Market research as I am quite involved with SMO activities & can put up my put up my suggestions with them. Rest it is always flexible as per requirements.
