Active Directory Management using Powershell

The objective of the project is to create Powershell scripts to be executed on a Windows Server 2008 Active Directory in order to create/update/read/delete Orgs, Groups and Members. All inputs should be parameterized, csv is ok. (We should be able to pass CSV for Orgs, Groups and Members). Error handling should be there. In case of some failed operation please log it in log file. We can provide existing log functionality.
