Write two python scripts

1. Python code to open a soundfile (.wav) and for every second of audio print a numpy array of the frequency in hertz. So if a sound file is 12 seconds in length then 12 numpy arrays will be printed. The file must work with any length of sound file. 2. Python code to access the computer microphone and for every second of listening print a numpy array of the frequency in hertz.
