Write some software -- 2

I need you to develop some software for me, a simple AI software that searches the ENTIRE contents of a website or websites or even the entire web for a particular word or phrase. The software crawls each and every page of the website(s) and pops a notification (which displays the found word or phrase and the URL of the page(s) where the word or phrase was found) whenever it finds a match. I want two versions of the software. One which will be installed on a remote PC and another which exists as an SaaS program capable of working 24/7 nonstop. The version installed on a PC pops a notification when it finds a match while the SaaS version sends me an email with details of what it found whenever it finds a match. NOTE: I believe my message above is clear enough. However, let me know if you have questions.
