Please provide more information to estimate schedule and budget for your software. My rate is 20$ in hour. It can be expensive for you but believe me hiring less educated and therefore cheap programmers will ruin your project. I have met many clients which had built their projects with $5/hr. programmers and they wanted me to debug or refactor their code.
