Hi. Since you have tagged this project with 'C programming' I guess you want to port the VB.NET program to the C language. I could handle C++ - and possibly Python - also. I have two Raspberry Pi's (an RPi 1 and an RPi 3 Model B v1.2) which I can use for testing and development. If you can provide me details of the other board / HAT you are using, I might be able to emulate the board's functionality using hardware I already have. (Or if it is a commercially-available HAT I might be able to purchase it - depending on its cost.) This would obviate the need for you to ship the hardware to me. I realize you would prefer someone in the US for convenience. Nonetheless, if you fail to find a candidate there - or it turns out that shipping the hardware is not necessary - feel free to get back to me. PLEASE NOTE: This bid is PROVISIONAL until I receive more details about the project. The final price and / or timeframe may be somewhat higher or lower depending on the details you provide. Also ... If I need to purchase hardware I may not be able to fully absorb the cost (so might need to increase the price slightly for that purpose). My timezone is GMT - so a few hours ahead of US.

Hello, I have developed Python application to manage 16 port modem pool via serial ports. Basically, it's only uses serial port and regular expression. I'm interested to this project. I want to know what device you are using with raspberry pi. Since i lived in Indonesia, it's nearly impossible to send your raspberry pi hat to me. So, maybe there is a datasheet or any specification. Regards

Regarding being from US , I am not from US but I am sure I can do this over TV or if it really needs shipping..I am willing to pay for the shipping back of the device. You don't need to ship me the board since I already have Pi and few other boards of arduino and terasic to communicate with. I want to know which second board are you communicating with pie?
