I can provide Excel sheet with trading logic. Currently using Interactive Brokers API, but also able to migrate to use TradeStation API, Need Artificial Intelligence software to analyze market tick data in real time and forecast whether the price will go up or down for any financial market asset; it should be able to look at previous tick data (OHLC, Volume, Ask, Bid, etc) and "learn" when/how to go into trades (buy/sell). Realtime and historical data will be coming in from Tradestation via their software or WebAPI; I am willing to use the WebAPI if it can be tested. The final product is software written in easylanguage to be tested in Tradestation or software (any other language using WebAPI) that could be tested in simulated Tradestation account for 2 weeks in different assets to verify.

I have done the exact same thing for my last research job. I have most of the algorithms already developed but I was using Bloomberg, so I just have to automize and link in it with Tradestation. It might take even only 3 days, depending on the difficulties I encounter with Tradestation.
