old arcade games modifications on Raspberry pi

My project is to modify 4 old arcade games runing on raspberry pi to do the following:
1- change some graphic design like colors, logo
2- change the notification on "level End" & "score" by adding special motor vibration and lighting
3- have a admin control panel to change some game varibles
4- Hardware useing Raspberry pi with controls useing arcade buttons and joystick -AND- usb joystick
