Whats is required : A licence plate recognition software which detects Licence plates > when plates are detected the letters and numbers then added to the Vicroads [login to view URL] via data scraping tool then its required to bring all the DATA of vehicle LICENCE PLATE it DETECTED. Made to run in windows - Supplied will be the ALPR software which does all the licence plate recognition work - All that is required by the freelancer is to make it into a package ; LPR software (supplied) once the LP detected send the Licence plate number and retrieves the Licence plate vehicle details from [login to view URL] retrurns with complete details listen on the Vicroads Database website. I have the code also which will assit in compiling this easy software. If you already have something that will be quicker to develop or complete advise as we are open to suggestion and require it done as quickly as possible. Openlpr software is supplied and works fantastic and we would like to integrate that with a web scraping tool for example. So you need the web scraper part to be integrated with the LPR software? it will take more than 24 hours though. It takes some time to test, I might not get paid if there is a problem and you need it to work properly.

i can do this project, do you have to do this with australian or US licence plates? since you want this done today, its very tricky, you don't say where the image data will come from so you did not address image aquasition source input part of the program, otherwise, I can negotiate, but this is missing information.

Hi, This project requires somebody with 'image processing' background. I know to write the code for: 1. Detect License Plate. 2. Detect Numbers in the Plate. 3. Identify What is written (Character Recognition) Once this is done, next steps i.e. to get details of license number and package the entire application is 'PIECE OF CAKE' .
