(Budget:$80) Experienced Python Programmer needed with experience in GrADS

I need a well-experienced python programmer! The goal is to pull up the netcdf file from the internet. 1) so in each netcdf file, there would be bunch of lists that needed to be combined into tuples. (I can send you links which you are going to work with.) 2) Then you would need to either use existing executable to build a binary or create your own executable that changes the data to binary format. (I can send you an existing executable used to convert data from a text format to binary.) 3) After that, you would need to use an existing program called GrADS to convert the data to gridded data. I can send you a guideline summary of the process after the binary file is made. It would be helpful for you! 4) In addition, I also need you to create the control file needed to use this data with GrADS. Only If you can achieve these all 4 tasks, please apply.
