For our application, it has been awarded before to another freelancer to start with Android version first. All Design, CMS are completed but Android app is about 90% complete but exhibit some inconsistency which the developer could not solve and which stop us from publishing the application. Part of our deal with the previous freelancer in order to finish our project with him is to analyze and test the source code of the application and complete the application and solve any issue by another freelancer. From our first look at the source code, we found it quite unorganized and hard to follow unless with the original writer of the code.
