I'm looking to create a windows offline application to manage a question bank. basically the idea is to store entries (questions) like following to store in database and have them searched when required, so it is easy to locate a [login to view URL] to be added and managed will be like: category: some category This is a sample question? A. option1 B. option2 C. option3 D. option4 ANSWER: B this is a single entry. Now such multiple entries from text file (utf8) should be imported and stored in a database. Application should have a search function; to search for these questions, it should leave commonly used words like 'the', 'is' but search and display indexed results, it should be able to number questions automatically according to date in database or have tags. More clarification on contact. Please bid accordingly as i know this is not a very big task.
