SMM Management for B2B Fintech (German, 3-6mo+)

We are looking for someone who could manage our presence on social media to grow the community and generate leads. Our internal team has no time to do it properly, still we want to ramp up our social traffic and conversions. We are using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Would love to get started with Xing too. About us: Penta offers the best-in-industry business bank account for German SMEs. Our persona is a German business owner/founder/managing director of a small business. Check out our product at getpenta.com. Our tone is professional, but very human. We say "you" to customers and try to blend expertise with a sense of humour. We are also provocative (we can easily post a video blending the cards of competitors) and we try to stay bold in how we talk to the community. Main goals for this job: - Grow community - Engage people - Generate the leads (& sales) The content we post will be in German (80%) and English (20%), so the knowledge of German is a huge plus (if not we will have someone translate stuff). We are looking for someone who could do SMM for us for the next 3-6 months until a full-time SMM person joins our team.
