Windows Script: Loop Directories & FTP Contents

We have a bespoke application that creates Windows directories (on a single level) containing many text files. Each directory is named using a date, eg: 01_06_2016 Each directory contains many small (188kb) text files, e.g.: [login to view URL] These file names are not known in advance. We would like a Windows script to be written using either native windows commands and/or using the software psftp which will: 1) Loop through all directories (no need to recurse subdirectories) 2) Loop through each file in each directory 3) SFTP the file to our web server 4) Check that the transfer was successful 5) Move the original file to a different (archive) directory 6) Check that the move to archive was successful 7) Remove directories when empty and more than 24 hours old
