it seems your projects involved node js, npm modules, git version control. it is very simple to implement in 1 day or even before that. i recommend to write in perl / python script which can be executed on any operating systems like windows, unix, linux and mac. Still would you like to have using shell, i am glad to write.

I have a number of years experience with automating development tasks using bash. During my 6 years working at Shazam I engineered the entire iOS build and submission system using bash. This seems like a very simple task that could be done very quickly.
