Marketing Project Manager / Part time

Greetings! We're a small and friendly remote team focused to deliver high quality sales, leads and revenues to our clients. As a Lead Generation Agency we’re looking for creative and passionate freelancers to help us keep clients on track towards massive revenue! This is a role for a reliable freelancer who can work +20 hours a week, but potentially to be upgraded as a full-time job (+40 hrs), in GMT +3 time zone (Saudi Arabia). You should have strong written and verbal English skills. Ideally you speak both Arabic and English, if not then would be willing to work with a translator. The aim of this role as a Marketing project manager Project Manager is to drive creation, production and fulfillment of marketing projects, oversee the smooth operation of the projects, follow up with clients and assure they are satisfied with the service provided. Responsibilities -Monitor and evaluate the work results of the marketing team -Obtain all marketing/digital marketing project specifications and requirements -Plan and organize all project information -Recommending changes /alternatives to current programs/processes -Communicating project information,tools and implementation plan including timelines to both the clients and the team -Monitoring the day-to-day progress of projects -Providing post execution follow-ups (i.e. samples) Requirements - Experience in managing Marketing/Digital marketing projects - Experience in managing a teams before - Good experience in Social media and especially in Facebook ads. - Experience in Copyrighting will be considered a plus - Good knowledge of online marketing - Communication skills - Fluency in English Each day, you are expected to be actively online upon agreed working hours on top of assigned tasks/projects and maintain communication with your remote colleagues/clients using tools such as: Slack, Trello, Gmail, among others.
