checking and resolving website seo issues

we have an Arabic website while I am checking the website by writing this in the google search site:[login to view URL] with and without https /http /www I find that google did not cover our websites for the past hour/week and for the past month is very weak while we have a lot of content In google search console > Excluded we have Server error (5xx) 2 Page with redirect 991,996 Crawled - currently not indexed 888,844 Alternative page with proper canonical tag 428,810 Duplicate, Google chose different canonical than user 211,812 Soft 404 22,691 Crawl anomaly 20,875 Duplicate without user-selected canonical 17,944 Blocked by [login to view URL] 15,312 Not found (404) 1,228 And in manual action we do not have anything about sitemap we see Sitemap index processed successfully but the stuts of any dir of the sitemap is Sitemaps Sitemap could not be read and since more than 4 months our traffic keep dropping we need to scan our website seo issues and fix them
