455665 SEO Expert Needed: to do 1 website

Hello, I've posted this project before. But wasn't able to find anyone to take on the big project, so I'm reducing it to just 1 website. I'm looking for a professional team with a good track record and who is serious about taking on this project. If you can complete this fast I'll be glad to offer you more projects like this. SUMMARY: This project is focused on expanding the number of pages on my site: [login to view URL] I would like to add perhaps 10 new pages targeting similar keywords. Then building an SEO strategy around those sites and pages. So for one site let me give you an example of what I'm thinking on how to build out the debt consolidation sites: Using: [login to view URL] as an example: [login to view URL] it's main keyword that it's targeting is obviously: "toronto debt consolidation" So when I check the google keyword tool for that keyword I come up with my top picks being. (There were higher results too like "debt" and "consolidation" but I'll let you pick the keywords as I think you may know better. Just run them by me once you have picked them so I can approve them. But for example...) consolidating debts debt consolidators debts consolidation consolidation of debt credit and debt credit card debt credit counselors credit counseling debt relief debt settlement Would be used to expand the site to pages: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It would be something like this when it's done. But I'd need your suggestions for what keywords we would be targeting. I'm not sure if these are the right ones. I'd like you to do you're own research. EXPAND EACH SITE: To a total of 10 pages, targeting the top 10 most searched keywords. INTERNAL SEO: Create each page and it's content to target the specific keyword that it's to attempt to rank in google under. EXTERNAL SEO: Create, backlines, blogs, articles, rss, social bookmarking, directory submissions, videos etc... to secure top placement for each page under: Google, Yahoo, Bing. REQUIREMENT: I'm looking for someone who does SEO work. Someone who has a proven track record of getting sites ranked in google on page one. GOAL: To expand the number of pages, and develop seo in order to build more visitor traffic. My site should be easy to get SEO for as I have both: - Little competition, unpopular keyword term - The keyword is in the domain name - Geo targeting cities and provinces followed by a a few keywords: ie: [login to view URL] Which is to rank under "toronto debt consolidation" The site is currently built in html. I need it to remain at this time within that language. I don't want to have to redo the look and feel. But I'm open to ideas to help streamline the process of doing all this, as long as it won't hurt my current search engine rankings I only want this done using proven white hat methods to ensure that the site remains in top position long term. I don't want any of these sites to get banned as a result of some seo tricks. I need someone who can show me proven examples of similar work they've done successfully in a reasonable time frame.
