This project is about integrating a price calculation rutine made in MS Excel 2007 with a contract template made in MS Word 2007.
The user enters the contract data in a preformated and locked MS Excel spreadsheet and saves the file.
Then the user opens MS Word, points the MS Excel file and imports the data from MS Excel and place the in nummerous Bookmark tagged text fields in MS Word.
## Deliverables
I have attached both the MS Word contract and the MS Excel form. The cells formatted with yellow background are cells containing data that should be grabbed by word and entered into the cells formatted grey in MS Word.
All the receiver cells in word are marked with a bookmark that can be used to identify them during import. The naming in MS Word might not be 100% precise but it should be possible to get around.
Please note that the MS Excel cells "company" and "currency" is used more than once in the MS Word document. Thus, the receiver cells are followed by a number i.e. "currency1", "currency2" and so on.
The only more advanced stuff is that
* if the user have entered "DKK" in cell B12 in MS Excel, the F-column "monthly cost" numbers should be transferred to MS Word
* if the user have entered "EUR" in cell B12 in MS Excel, the G-column "monthly cost" numbers should be transferred to MS Word
