We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work side by side with a local entrepreneur and learn what it takes to run a business. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement as the company grows. If you are into fitness and health, this is a perfect job for you! As a personal assistant, you will work with company CEO. You will be relied upon to know her schedule inside and out. You will help plan her days, work with her to coordinate travel, draft emails, and possibly other duties like picking up gifts, running errands, dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and everything in between. You must have a valid means of transportation. This position will begin light. Once you build a relationship with her, she will begin to give you more tasks. Tasks are not going to be defined until after 3 week trial. Be ready for anything. Jenni runs 2 businesses and is starting up a 3rd. She runs a personal training company and dog walking company. You will help her manage both companies along with her daily tasks and personal tasks. This is where room for growth will come in. We expect applicants to be honest, hard working, teachable, outgoing, enthusiastic, creative, self-aware, punctual, loyal, thoughtful, caring, kind, trustworthy You will be working directly beside someone. She will be trusting you with her daily tasks, her pets and inside her home. You must get along and be of good nature. MUST LOVE DOGS AND CATS. QUALIFICATIONS: Listening and Communication Skills: You will be expected to follow instructions and to understand those instructions with little or no follow­up. She is an A-type personality so she will expect you to do the job right the first time and quickly. People/Interpersonal Skills: You will be working directly with at least two people, but you also might be the first line of communication between these individuals and the outside world, potentially speaking with clients, other employees, vendors and partners. Organizational Skills: You'll be responsible for keeping the working day in order. Scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, etc. will all require a successful personal assistant to have terrific organizational skills. She is very disorganized so we will be looking for someone to keep her work load on track. Computer Skills: Microsoft office, writing emails, electronic filing, basic billing, SOCIAL MEDIA KNOWLEDGE, can type fairly fast, internet skills Job Type: Part-time to full time. This is a trial bases position. The trial bases will be for 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks, if it's a good fit, we can move forward with a permanent, part-time position. Salary: $12 during trial. After trial, $14 per hour. 1099 Hours can be flexible. Job Type: Part-time Salary: $12.00 /hour Local candidates only: Costa Mesa, CA Required education: High school or equivalent
