I’m starting a company that aims to be the best in the world at prediction of fantasy sports. Who will win? How many points will the teams score? What will be the final score of the contest? As long as you can predict these outcomes and generate a profit from them, you will always have a job in my company. Online fantasy sports is a relatively new and is industry constantly evolving. Therefore I’m hiring 2 people who can evolve just as fast. Independent thinkers, researchers, scientists, constant learners. The goal is to ethically exploit fantasy sports betting for maximal profit. Our predictions will compete against the predictions of others to win our share of this $15 billion dollar industry. The goal is maximal returns, minimal risk, and constant improvement of the company’s abilities. This is a learning company. One of our major outputs is knowledge. Fantasy sports wagering has recently become legalized in America because it is considered a game of skill, like Chess or Poker. So the knowledge and skill we create through trial and error is our competitive advantage. This full-time job would be perfect for someone living in countries like Philippians, India, Bangladesh. Probably not someone in the US, Canada, or Great Britain, because of pay and work hours expected. I’m looking for college graduates or professors because this is a research company. Someone with a science degree like engineering, math, or physics. Every assumption we have will get tested like a scientific lab study to find out what works and what doesn’t work. Detail orientation is important because it’s a number’s game. Large amounts of data may need to be analyzed and applied using math, statistics and probabilities. Employee base pay is $400- $500 USD per month depending on experience. After 60 days, employee may qualify for a win-win incentive bonus for company profits. That’s a performance bonus of up to 2X employee’s base pay to be discussed and agreed upon before hiring. Hours are 35 hours per week, monitored through a program like timeclockwizard.com. Employee can choose to work the 35 hours over 5 or 6 days. Their choice as long as they are consistent. Daily communication is also important to success.
