Proposal on Data Ecosystem for financial inclusion

An expert in developmental projects, financial inclusion and basic data understanding is urgently required to put together a proposal on the need to build an open source data platform where multiple stakeholders can warehouse, manage, integrate and analyse their disparate data in a manner that can support collective intelligence building for financial inclusion. The proposal is meant for an international donor, hence past experience and excellent use of English language at executive/business level is a must. The proposal is will similar to the data common or open data project and will explore current practice in financial inclusion data ecosystem, gaps, use of alternative data, interoperability/common definitions, governance structure and expected outcomes of such investment
