Office Room Design - 2

We have an interior office design which we want rendered with a design layout for desk and seating arrangements. The final design must be rendered in 3D with colour / layout renditions supplied in PDF format and 3D file used. There will be (2) areas that need to be rendered. The new 1st Floor Conference Room & The renovated 2nd Floor Open office Area. All dimensions will be supplied on request and photographs if required. The drawings are for a complete office re-fit / re-design so you must have previous experience in drawing for this application with knowledge of common materials used in NY office construction. Drawings should show floor layouts and suggested positions for key office equipment as well as lighting suggestions. Attached to this bid request is the sketch plan drawing for your review. The total office area is less than 1,000 square feet. With your bid, please supply examples of previously completed 3D Interior Office Renderings. Project will be awarded very quickly to the person that can demonstrate the best ability for design. We will supply AutoCAD Architecture Drawings when the project is awarded. PDF are included below
