Based in the UK for three years I am new to freelancing, everything works online here ! So between my Day ( shift ) work , I would like to offer my expertease, great for retirement around the corner. The last project I completed was a luxuary home at Pezulu Knysna. ( project manager ) My speciality is within the residential and mini factory markets. The first stages of consultation requires time, one must develope the brief to clients satisfaction before presenting final drawings and this is where my input will be most valuable with respect to , getting it right' Please note the drawings will be design quality , where one can build from - working drawings. A site plan can be included for municipal approvale ( I have not priced for this as much more information is required with reference to council by laws ) This may note be required ( peri urban / body corporate ) I have structured my pricing with the brief and above in mind.
