We can use Highcharts and/or D3 as a charting library. We can integrate our MVC code (AngularJS, ReactJS for e.g.) with their Javascript library. For the backend that does the aggregation and calculations on the data, we have the following options: 1. R exposed via OpenCPU 2. Java code calling R 3.
