We are looking for a Europe based Python expert who can develop a Python script to measure download speed on a CEPAG / Telit modem over a serial connection. The script will download over HTTP a file and measure the time the download takes in seconds and based on file size compute the download speed in Kbps (kilobits per second) The modem will be provided for by us. modem: [login to view URL] Phyton instructions with modem: [login to view URL]‎ Please provide pricing and time required to complete project (once modem is received)
