Predict a quality score (Python, neural network)

This task requires the use of a neural network (create a probability function in scikit, most probably) to predict the quality score of different chocolate types. The dataset has a number of data inputs explaining multiple metrics about chocolate (cocoa percentage, texture, milk content etc), and a dependent variable (quality) that gives the quality score of the chocolate -this is a numerical score between 1-5 that has been generated. The task is to predict the score for those data inputs that do not have a quality score (between 1-5) already in the latter half of the data set. Following this, the score for each chocolate needs to be displayed at the end of its respective row in a new column.
