I need help to create a python program to fetch an XML file stored in MS SQL and then load it in a Graph database (Neo4J). The project involves creating a python program which should Connect to MS SQL database Fetch XML files stored in a [login to view URL] Decode the XML file based on rules (will be provided) upload the data into Neo4J (graph database schema has to be created as part of this project) Looking for the most effective solution.
