This should not be too hard to do. I see that confluence has a great REST API. The only thing is it depends on what data the report is using, and how you would like it formatted, and how often it needs to be ran. The nice thing is this should be quite easy to do serverless in AWS lambda with (nodejs, or python) as long as access to the database is possible. It would be very beneficial to create a view in the postgress database to use for generating the report.
