Bid writting for Software development projects - open to bidding

Hi Debajyoti, I am working with a Software development company and we are developing applications on PHP and .NET platforms. We are looking for outsourcing the services for preparing the technical Proposal against the RFPs floated by various organizations seeking IT solutions specifically software development. We need someone who can help us in writing the technical bid documents. The process we have thought is that one of our team members will engage with you on Skype to answer your queries in terms of capability and proposed solutions. You need to complete the technical part from start to end and give us the effort estimation in man days which we will further use to prepare the price proposal. Please let me know your thoughts on the same and share your experiences on a similar type of job done earlier. We intend to bid for atleast 4 projects in a week. So there's going to be a lot of work... And this is going to be an on-going kind of a thing.. Looking forward to hear back from you on the same.. thanks and regards Sumeet
