Looking for someone to assist with a Sales Force Professional implementation
Following are the key activities in order or priority
- Accounts and contacts - Data migration from different databases & categorisation
- Product loading : Up to - 100 Brands/SKUs loaded and matched to Xero accounting, COGS, Standard pricing and other product dimensions
- Pricing : Price book for 3-4 price tiers for HK and Global Pricing, customised pricing for individual customers
- Sales Templates by brand , stage of sale (TBC, Joe to provide)
- Sales process management : adjust sales pipeline to Lead > Qualification > Proposal > Negotiation > Closed
- Activity management – Track and review what people are working on
- Dash Board : Sales performance per month by region, country, brands, reps in revenue and bottles.
- Dashboard : Sales pipeline, Total Revenue opportunities (including stage), top 10 deals regional and local, avg lead time to close. (Understand much of this info may need to have Xero data manually inputted)
- Multiple currencies consolidated into USD on dashboard
- Opportunities including Country, brand, Currency, volume, Revenue, GP, per annum (domestic and regional)
- Client planning : Follow up messages with customers (Reminder or automatic) with Chatter, email or calendar
- Client Planning : Simple marketing automation / data merges for campaigns
- Support : Provide one off Web video training if possible
- Integrate leads from website / social media channels
- Mobile setup (if needed)
