design device enclosure for production via plastic mold injection

We are developing an electric vehicle charging station and we are in need of designing a plastic enclosure for the electronics and the device itself. We are currently using off-the-shelf boxes that look reasonably well and serve the purpose, but on the long run it's better to be ready for a possible mass production with a custom enclosure. The plastic enclosure we would like to have: - has mounting brackets for our electronic components. - has holes for cables and leds - has cable organizer brackets to help manage cables inside the design. - is water resistant or can be made water resistant at IP67 level We are looking for a creative mind that has strong experience of mass production of plastic enclosure. We are open to change our current design which is based on a simple box. We hope to come across freelancers that are knowledgeable of the regulation in terms of what's required (temperature, strength) of material containing medium voltage equipment (250V) and subject to heat (70-80 c). We will evaluate only proposal that are very specific to this project. Do not be shy explaining in a few words how you would like to solve this problem. We will organise the work in milestones starting from a basic design and refining to fit the production equipment we can access and the requirements of the project in terms of what the box needs to have.
