Application for creating 3D scene model from several photos

Hello, need to create standalone application for creating 3D scene model from several photos (jpeg/png) from different scene view (front/left/right/back). There will be information about angles and view orientation at every picture. Application should convert data into some open format for 3D software (e.g. format .blend or .obj, etc.) and store it into PostgreSQL database for later rendering. It should be similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Application has to use CUDA for parallel computing. Application has to be run in command line. Target OS is Debian Jessie
