Zoho CRM customization/modification

UPDATE: This is not a custom Zoho build. It is only a dashboard modification. This should only take an experienced Zoho developer/user about an hour to complete. I want someone to assist me in making the Zoho platform user friendly for my application and help me select and apply the proper addons I need for communicating with my leads. I am willing to pay for someone experienced, but i am not going to pay for your time to learn the CRM and how to modify it. I can do that myself I need someone to customize/modify zoho for me to use as a lead management and contact system. I will need to be able to upload csv file of leads and have them ready to go. These are the fields I will be using. Title/Description: (All Leads will have this) Unit Price: (Most Leads will have this) Contact Name: (Very Few Leads will have this) Ad URL: (Most Leads will have this) Leads must have 1 or both of the following: Contact Phone: Contact Email: I need to be able to contact leads directly through the CRM. Make and receive calls and have calls logged. (preferably with Twilio) Send and Receive MMS /SMS ( Also with Twillio) Send and receive emails and access them in the zoho dashboard and also log them. The pipeline will be Not Contacted, Called/Not called: (If there is a phone number) contacted, replied, potential, pending, Listed/Won. There will be optional fields for adding information as I get it, such as: Name: Optional Email: Address: Optional Phone: And I may add more later. Scenario, I receive lead that has title, price, and email. I email the lead (contacted) They reply(replied) Verbal agreement: (potential) Signed Agreement: (pending) Agreement Fully Executed: ( Listed/Won) The life of that lead is done. I would like a way to make call lists of those leads that have numbers. I am sure as an experienced developer of Zoho, You may have better ideas of how to accomplish these goals. I am thinking I will need a new Zoho Blueprint, Custom Module(s), and full feature Twilio integration, which is available in the Zoho market place. My guess is an experienced Zoho developer can complete this in a very short time.
