Hello, So essentially, the type of Statement of Advice that will be generated is reflected based on the client's answers to the ten questions. And this will be determined based on the category they are placed after they send their answers. It will be important then, to create the code for the formula that is used in determining which category a client falls into. One question: Will the generated Statement of Advice be in PDF format? I'm planning the software to be created using HTML, Bootstrap, PHP and MySQL. Looking forward to getting some feedback from you soon. darkwind

Hi, I understand your intention but we still need to discuss what form of software you are after. Are you after a web-based product or PC software? I am guessing web. Is this for your own use (you will ask questions and fill them in) or for general public view? In either case, does this just need to start off simple - like page one of a survey monkey questionaire; jumping straight into the questions? The last page simply shows/downloads the completed statement of advice. Must the output be PDF or Word , or is it meant for web viewing? There seems to be a lot of customer specific information on the pages - mail merge and templated letters appear to be able to generate the whole advice, but your 10 questions won't be wasted on asking for age, names etc right? If it is web based, do you need recommendation of a good host and where to get a domain name? Happy to discuss all of this and clarify. Look forward to working with you. Regards, Richard
